A new multi-million dollar Frankston City Council redevelopment at Keast Park in Seaford, designed by the award winning architects Jackson Clements Burrows, has created a high profile business overlooking Port Phillip Bay. (Keast Park Cafe pictured right)

This state of the art redevelopment includes an 80-seat café overlooking Port Phillip Bay, views of Mornington to the left and Melbourne's CBD to the right, with seating inside and outside on the decking.

Keast Park has high visibility from Nepean Highway. The resident Carrum Bowling Club has 150 active members, while around 22,000 cars pass by each week. A committed road cycling fraternity commutes along Nepean Highway for training and leisure rides. Stage 2 will see the park's new playground completed which will continue to make it a popular destination for families.
