How to make Frankston a better place

"I've been here for sixteen years now and each year keeps getting worse and worse, there is violence and blood on the streets everywhere you go". These people are like vermin, parasites that must be exterminated."These fowl creatures make this place like hell".

"THIS IS FRANKSTON TOWN!!!"

"There is no way to get out of this place, so the only thing to do is to make this place better, and the first place to start is the transportation". "The transport around here is crap, there either burnt and destroyed or taken over by gang terrorists and the only way to get rid of theses fowl vermin is to burn them out but I'm no man of violence so we gotta fix this transport and drive them out"

"After we get rid of the crazies out we gotta clean up the streets, get new housing and nice shops like some big name store or some really unique shop that only exists in Frankston that will put Frankston on the map in a good way this time"." Then we gotta recruit new and reliable police that pull all nights to make sure what happened here never happens again"."We gotta refurbish all these building clean and paint over all the disgusting graffiti all along these suburbs, like come on if you wanna do it be good at it don't just do crapy tags".

"Then we gotta get some kick'n tunes, because no one likes a place with no entertainment and disco fever"."We gotta re-open and clean all the cinemas and clubs, maybe put a ticket-tek or some sort of multi-uses concert/stadium place.

"We also gotta open up community facilities or some sort of red shield appeal to help the young the old and the unfortunate, because these people are probably traumatised from the horror they have seen"."And homeless shelters to give the people that lost everything a fighting chance to get back off their feet".

How to Improve Frankston

If you saw what Frankston was like you would probably see teenagers around the shops smoking and mucking around and other people just having a good time but if you stay long enough till midnight the you would probably see drunken idiots and druggy's and people looking for a fight

TRANSPORTATION
I think the transportation needs to be fixed and the things that need to be fixed are the buses, the buses should have longer shifts and they should get better trains, trains that are always be on time.

SHOPPING
I think that Frankston should have better shops like big named shops that have cool stuff in it and unique ones that only exist in Frankston a really good shop that would put Frankston on the map in a good way this time, instead of that ratty town that everyone knows it by.

ENTERTAINMENT
Frankston needs a really good night club and maybe a ticket-tek or a multi use concert hall/stadium, because Frankston needs something that people will remember it by like a best urban paintball place or a dirt bike track and not necessarily a theme park but a some sort of outdoor fun park or something.

HOUSING
I think Frankston needs new and more vibrant coloured houses instead of bland coloured houses like I'm not saying to knock down every old or ugly looking houses but to at least make the outside look better by making it more illuminate and vibrant. Also I think there should be less apartment blocks and units and more houses and entertainment, but yes I know we need more room for people and the only way to do that is to make a smaller space for them so we can't change that.

COMMUNITY FACILITIES
Frankston needs to open up community facilities like some sort of red shield appeal, to help the young the old and the unfortunate, because these people have probably been abuse because they live on the streets because there are idiots on the street. So there should be a homeless shelter to give the people a fighting chance who have lost everything.
