The Frankston Visitor Information Centre opened in January 2007 and is located on Pier Promenade at the Frankston Waterfront (Melway Ref 100A A9). There is a large carpark with parking and a wonderful playground nearby. Barbecue facilities are available in the park area, right alongside the beach and Kananook Creek.

We are open seven days from 9:00am - 5:00pm (except Good Friday and Christmas Day).

Providing booking and ticketing services, as well as brochures, merchandise, maps and information about wineries, restaurants, shopping, galleries, performances and many other attractions, the Frankston Visitor Information Centre is the ideal starting point when exploring Frankston and beyond.

You can also enjoy a coffee while browsing through a range of locally made gifts and souvenirs.
