Ideas To Make It Happen

The Community Vision cannot be achieved by Council alone, and the involvement of residents, businesses, community groups, organisations and all levels of government is important in ensuring that the vision turns into reality.

  • Talk to your local Councillor about the Frankston 2025 Community Vision and activities happening in your local area. Councillor Information
  • Join one of the many community groups or organisations involved in various community projects across Frankston City, bringing together people with similar interests.
  • Sign up to Frankston City Council's Community Consultation Database. You will be contacted periodically to participate in community consultation and research activities relevant to our community.
  • Visit the Frankston Visitor Information Centre to find out about places of interest to visit in your local area
  • Visit the Events Calendar for a list of activities availble to enjoy
  • If you or your organisation, community group or committee want to help to deliver the vision, consider ideas and projects you could undertake to achieve our community's aspirations see the 'Ideas to Make it Happen!' section under each theme in the Frankston 2025 booklet.
  • Contact the Frankston 2025 Advisory Committee and invite a Community Representative present to your group to help turn our vision for 2025 into a reality
