What is the Council's role in supporting the Frankston 2025 Community Vision?

In the implementation of the Frankston 2025 Community Vision, the Council has multiple roles:

• Firstly, fostering the community vision as one of many organisations influencing the City's quality of life.
• Secondly, resourcing the Advisory Committee and encouraging community support for the attainment of the vision, and
• Thirdly, monitoring and reporting on progress in achieving the vision.

The Council has reviewed its four-year Council plan and has aligned it with Frankston 2025 to ensure that Council is making decisions and taking actions that are considerate of both current and future generations.
