Ms Ingram, Frankston... Frankston started for me in 1970 when l was born at Frankston Hospital. I lived in Seaford ... friendly, safe environment. Lots of space. The milkman brought milk to our front door. Summers were always great, just walked to the beach. I remember the life saver siren to warn us of sharks.
