Temporay Helipad in Frankston City

Frankston Hospital
Peninsula Health will be constructing a multi-storey car parking complex at Frankston Hospital in order to resolve the car parking problem currently faced by the hospital.

In order to build the complex, the Ambulance Victoria helipad currently located at Frankston Hospital will be temporarily relocated to Delacombe Park for a maximum period of 12 months.

On average the helipad is used less than once a week to transport critical patients and extremely ill babies to city hospitals. The infrequent nature of these flights will mean minimal disruption to the Delacombe Park area.
